If you're a new follower or customer of Tulsa Heaters Midstream, you may not know that the company started with one product developed by its sister company, Tulsa Heaters Inc. This product, called a refinery heater, is still a best-seller for THI. Yet, during challenging times in the refinery industry, THI developed a new heater, better suited for the midstream market. Today that heater is THM's Sho Heater.

Doyle discusses the evolution of the product line at THM on this week's episode of Donuts with Doyle. Continue reading for an overview or watch the episode to learn how THM has evolved from a single product to the versatile company you know today.

It Started with Sho

Around 2011 when the refinery business was struggling, Tulsa Heaters Inc. developed what is now Tulsa Heaters Midstream's Sho Heater. This is how THM was founded.

THM started with a single product and its design stood out from other heaters on the market, providing customers with energy efficiency, minimizing emissions and offering a longer life cycle. As more customers sought the efficiency and advantages of this heater, THM started to expand its portfolio by developing new products, all with the same focus on energy efficiency, safety and durability.

In addition to the Sho Heater, which remains THM's star product, the company's impressive lineup now includes a wide range of offerings that cater to a diverse range of industries. From indirect line heaters to gas-fired line heaters, THM's portfolio is designed, tested and manufactured to the highest standards, aligning perfectly with its commitment to delivering exceptional quality and efficiency.

The success story of THM shows that when a company focuses on developing a game-changing product that fills a gap in the market and prioritizes the needs of its target audience, it can grow to become a leading player in the industry. Customer feedback and industry trends were essential in shaping THM's product line, as the company diversified its product offering based on market demand.
